WaterSafe: FPS Raises Awareness and Expands Global Impact
FPS colleagues around the world came together to mark a major milestone: the first Global Watersafe Event, a celebration of innovation, purpose, and collective action.
The highlight of the event was the launch of the Watersafe product, a breakthrough solution designed to make safer and more accessible drinking water a reality for many communities.
Within the past few months, the WaterSafe initiatives have reached over 4.2 million people across Kenya and India, bringing safer water and brighter futures to those who need it the most.
In Kenya, students at Parkishon and Milima Comboni Primary Schools now enjoy clean drinking water throughout the school day, while in Muthee Village, Marsabit County, 16,000 liters of water and WaterSafe backpacks were delivered after an urgent request from local elders. Across the border in Rajasthan, India, 6,000 WaterSafe backpacks were distributed to villagers, offering a safer way to transport, store, and dispense clean water.
