Letter from Chairman and CEO His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh
Dear Colleagues,
As we move through the second half of the year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the progress we have made across our Group. I am encouraged by the many ways our people continue to turn ambition into action and create meaningful impact across our businesses and the communities we serve.
This quarter, we have seen encouraging progress across innovation, sustainability and responsible growth. From new developments supporting the Kingdom’s ambitions for sustainable mobility to continued progress on our sustainability commitments, our Group are finding new ways to create lasting value.
Our people remain at the heart of this progress. ADG received eight new Great Place to Work recognitions across markets including Kuwait, Bahrain, Vietnam, Germany, Turkey, Mexico, the UK and Greater China, bringing our certification to 15 countries worldwide. These achievements reflect the strong culture our colleagues continue to build across the Group.
We have also continued to honor one of our three core principles of Omnipreneurship, Giving, through our participation in the Wellbees Wellness Challenge. As the Al-Dabbagh Group, we collectively completed 68.31 million steps, which were converted into 10,125 meals through UNICEF. By coming together around wellbeing, our colleagues turned collective action into meaningful impact for others.
Beyond these milestones, I am proud of the dedication and creativity I see across our Group every day. Whether through innovation, operational improvements or finding better ways to serve our customers, progress is often the result of many people working together towards a common goal.
As we look ahead to the rest of the year, let us continue to build on this momentum with the same sense of purpose, curiosity and commitment.
