Letter from Chairman and CEO His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh

Dear Colleagues,

It feels like 2024 passed us by in the blink of an eye, and here we are, well into the new year, hopefully fresh with new hope, optimism and reenergized!

While every year is marked by it’s own unique challenges and circumstances, I’m proud to and grateful to say that we are not in short supply of achievements across ADG and our verticals. Chief amongst these is the incredible milestone of ADG being ranked number 1 by the Great Place to Work on the Large Organization’s List in Saudi Arabia. As a proud Saudi family business, this ranking is immensely meaningful and important to us. It could only have been possible thanks to each and every one of our colleagues who have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to and belief in our home-grown ecosystem, Omnipreneurship, and it’s values. My thanks goes out to each and every one of you for embodying and exemplifying the ecosystem, in a way that translates into creating a workplace that people feel safe, seen and respected in. ADG has also been ranked number 1 on Great Place to Work’s medium sized list in Greater China, a further testament to how far-reaching and encompassing the impact of Omnipreneurship is.

In some separate news. the group-wide Art for All Competition officially announced its first winner: Gençer C. Cosar from FPS, whose selected artwork, “Tree of Life & Paradise Birds” by Mr. Adil Can Guven, will soon be displayed within the entrance of their office in Istanbul, Turkey. New entries are now being accepted for the second round of this competition, so activate your artistic senses and join in the fun by participating!

Thank you all for your continuous commitment to your work and to creating a thriving and healthy community: here’s to another year of working together toward our group goals and collective success.

Best regards,
AAA
