GPI Strengthens Its Footprint in NEOM’s OXAGON

Gulf Power International Company (GPI), a subsidiary of Al-Dabbagh Group, has been approved by NEOM as an EPC Contractor for the Civil and MEP Works of the Chiller Plants at OXAGON, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s participation in one of the world’s most ambitious urban and industrial developments.
As part of the OXAGON Chiller Plant Program, GPI has successfully completed all technical clarifications for both the main and standby chiller plants, which together will deliver a total refrigeration capacity of 10,000 TR. The scope also includes the integration of associated standby power generators, ensuring operational resilience and reliability in line with NEOM’s stringent performance requirements.
With the commercial submission expected in Q1 2026, this approval reinforces GPI’s growing footprint within the NEOM ecosystem and reflects its technical capability, execution strength, and alignment with future ready infrastructure projects that support Saudi Arabia’s long term development vision.
