FPS: Learning, Leadership, and Family Spirit in Action

At FPS, growth is as much about connection as it is about performance, and this past quarter two special moments from across our Asia operations brought that philosophy to life.

In Ji’an, China, FPS turned product knowledge into practice with a unique side seam sewing challenge between Murat Acar, Vice President of APAC and Brook, a newly onboarded member of the Chinese Sales Team.

Tasked with sewing 10 FIBC bags, Brook impressed with his preparation and steady improvement, ultimately securing a narrow win. The true highlight, however, was Murat’s active participation, which demonstrated that leadership is built on trust and leading by example. Livestreamed to colleagues across Ji’an and Changzhou, the event became more than a contest as it was transformed into a shared learning experience that underscored how FPS grows stronger by doing together.

That same spirit was also celebrated in Vietnam, where the team marked Vietnam Family Day with an energetic badminton tournament. Sixteen colleagues and their family members gathered for a morning of laughter and friendly competition with families taking to court. As Phuong reflected, “In true family spirit, we all won the tournament together.”

From sewing bags in China to badminton rallies in Vietnam, FPS continues to demonstrate that learning, leadership, and togetherness are integral to its culture and that growth is most meaningful when it is shared!
