Powering a Greener Future: Tanmiah and Emerge Launch Solar Project at Haradh Facility
Tanmiah has partnered with Emerge, a joint venture between Masdar and the EDF Group to develop a 3MWp solar power plant at our Haradh facility. The agreement was officially signed in the presence of Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Sheikhi, Assistant Deputy Minister for the Livestock and Fisheries sector, alongside leaders from Tanmiah and Emerge.
Once operational, the solar plant will cover 35% of the facility’s electricity needs and reduce over 3,850 tons of CO₂ emissions each year, the equivalent of powering more than 800 homes annually.
