Professor Marcus Alexander is a Non-Executive Director of Al-Dabbagh Group
Professor Alexander was a Scholar and Slade Exhibitioner at Christ Church, Oxford, where he graduated with Congratulatory Double First Class Honours. He was a Harkness Fellow, Ford Scholar, Loeb Rhodes Fellow, Baker Scholar and winner of the Wolfe award as top graduating student at Harvard Business School. After working at the Boston Consulting Group in the UK, US, Australia and Spain, he set up and subsequently sold his own business before moving back to an academic career. He is co-author of various books on Corporate Strategy and numerous articles, including three in the Harvard Business Review.
Professor Alexander is currently a member of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Faculty at London Business School, an Associate Fellow of Oxford University, a Visiting Professor at Vlerick Business School, a Fellow of the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre, a Board member of two other companies and serves as a trustee of Stars Foundation, Al-Dabbagh Group’ s philanthropic arm based in UK.
